The acquisition ends Kinnara’s brief involvement in property development. The company has since decided to refocus its operations exclusively on its core strength as a real estate technology and IT platform, leaving behind its short venture into direct property development to concentrate on digital solutions for the real estate industry.

Discussions are currently underway with ferry operators to establish a daily route connecting Bali, Marina Bay City, and Kuta Lombok, before returning via Marina Bay City.
The new connection will reduce travel time to just 90 minutes by fast ferry, compared to the current 45-minute drive from Lombok International Airport or a 20-minute flight from Bali.
